Day 1 Fes

Our Morocco Safaris tour guide will meet you and discover Fes (new town), where we will enjoy local cuisine and check-in your riad.

Day 2 Fes

Today on morocco fez tours, we will spend the entire day exploring Fes. We will see art and religious sites of Morocco. Fes was established by Idris 1 in the twelth century and was for a known for a long time to be the social capital and focal point of the Almohad. It is one of the major urban areas with most enthusiasm for history and artworks. Additionally it has one of the largest medina in the Arab world. It has Madrasas, the souks, Karauin, the oldest university on the planet, mosques, squares, pottery artisans, castles and exhibition halls. Consequently Fez is the craftsman capital of Morocco. We will sleep overnight in a riad in Fes.

Day 3 Fes & Merzouga

After breakfast we will proceed to drive you to the Middle Atlas Mountains. We will stop for a break in the enchanting town of Ifrane also known as the Switzerland of Morocco. Furthermore, we will cross the largest woods in Morocco, the cedar forest. We will also visit Errachidia, where you will observe huge palm trees and a desert garden perfect for developing a wide range of organic product trees and vegetables with a unique microclimate. Additionally, we will discover Erfoud , the financial capital of the Tafilalet district. In the area, we can observe fossils proliferating assuring a past where there was a ocean. We will notice during our ride how the asphalt track ends and the Saharan tracks start marking the start of our journey to Merzouga. Finally, on arrival we will have traditional dinner and stay at our luxury desert camp.

Day 4 Merzouga

After breakfast, we will discover the Erg Chebbi dunes, the largest dunes in the Sahara. Similarly, we will explore the town of Khamlia, a small village with inhabited houses far from civilization. During our trip we will get to meet desert nomads and will experience a unique camel trek towards our desert camp to spend the night under the stars. In the night, traditional dinner will be served with local drums and overnight in a nomad tent.

Day 5 Merzouga, Todra Gorges, Dades Valley & Ouarzazate

Following breakfast we will head towards Rissani ,old Sijilmassa, known to be a meeting point for old caravans from the Sahara. We will arrive at the desert spring of Tinghir, which is the most breathtaking place in Morocco. In addition, we will pass through the Todra waterway, where we will visit the town taking the famous route of the thousand Kasbahs to Ouarzazate, known to have been a Hollywood set for films like Gladiator, Lawrence of Arabia, the Mummy and more. Furthermore, we will visit the kasbah of Taurirt. We will stay overnight at a traditional riad.

Day 6 Ouarzazate, Ait Ben Haddou & Marrakech

Following breakfast, our Morocco Safaris tour guide will drive you to Ait Ben Haddou, the largest kasbahs recognised to be a Unesco World Heritage. Furthermore, we will visit Kasbah of Telouet. Our journey will continue crossing the highest roads in Morocco, Tizi’n’Tichka to reach to the imperial city of Marrakech, where we will stay in a traditional riad

After breakfast in your riad we will discover Marrakech ” the red city” because of the color of its walls, gardens and hydrated by the underground wells, which were built by the Almoravids and Saharan nomads in the eleventh century. Our Morocco Safaris guide will take you on a unique visit through Menara, the Kasbah, the Saadian Tombs, the Bahia Palace and the Koutoubia. In addition, we will visit the famous Majorelle Gardens and souks. We will also have the opportunity to explore the unique alleyways and streets of the square ” Djemaa El Fna ”, a unique place with a vibe full of activities with dancers, storytellers, jugglers, artisans and snake charmers. We will stay overnight in a traditional riad.

Day 9 Marrakech to Airport of morocco fez tours

The day is free to discover and wander around until your flight departure time, where we will transport you to the airport.
